Terms & Conditions for Pilgrimages, Retreats & Immersions
Insurance:
Please ensure you take out insurance even if it is in your own country that you are travelling. You never know what can come up in future and if you need to cancel your space with me, then you could lose your deposit or the full cost of the event, so please be advised to arrange personal accident and travel/cancellation insurance when booking onto a retreat/pilgrimage/immersion experience.

Booking Information:
The cost includes accommodation, all meals during your stay and for the actual pilgrimage/retreat. Travel to and from is not included in the price. The food is vegetarian and special diets can be catered for if we know in advance. Please ensure you email with dietary requirements, as this is your responsibility to let us know at least a month in advance. If you are booking last minute, we will do our best to cater for you.

Payment Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required for each retreat. This deposit is taken upon booking and this is when your space is confirmed. The deposit is £440.00. The second installment of £500 is required by 12th October, 2024 and final installment of £500 must be paid by 12th December, 2024. Final installment for a single room is £615. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before the start of the event, then full payment will be required at time of booking. Failure to pay the balance by these dates will mean your space is NOT secured.

Refund Policy:
If you decide to cancel the retreat after paying the deposit, this deposit can not be transferred to another retreat/ event or to another person.
If you have made full payment, no refund will be given. We strongly advise that you take out your own insurance. No refund of full payment is given under any circumstances. No refunds will be given under Unexpected Circumstances that are out of Janine & Sam's control. Janine & Sam are not liable under circumstances of natural disaster, war, pandemic, failure by the venue or other situation that is out of Janine & Sam's control. Refunds will not be available. Janine & Sam will do their best to sort alternative arrangements depending on the scale of the situation.

Cancellation Policy:
All information included in publicity is correct at the time of going to press, but may be subject to change. Whilst we do not anticipate changes to the advertised event dates, we may have to cancel or postpone events/ retreats/ pilgrimages at our discretion. If the event can not go ahead an alternative date will be offered.

Liability:
Janine & Sam shall in no event be held liable for any loss or other damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or any other damages. You are entirely responsible for your health and have free will in regards to choices you make in your life. We cannot promise outcomes in regards to healing work.
